Double Sided Porcelain in good condition.
"The Seal of Safer Driving" advertising slogan.  Acceptible gloss, scratching and staining.  Large chips and areas of porcelain loss on edges.  Minor chips on fields.  4 extra holes have been drilled in the middle of the sign. Bright and vibrant red color.  1 Side is in better condition than the other.  
 
Displays excellent.  Classic bulls eye design.
